Mr. Phalgoo is one of the key executives responsible for our Tax and Compilation practices. Sookram has been with our firm since 1976 and became a partner in 1979. 

Sookram is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.

He has served on the Cleveland Chapter of Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants Membership Committee and the Committee on Relations with Charitable and Non-Profit Organizations. He also served as the Treasurer of the Levy Committee for the Richmond Heights Schools. Additionally, he has served on various volunteer boards.  Presently, Sookram is serving as a board member of Northeast Ohio Health Services and the Recreation Department of the City of Richmond Heights.

Sookram has extensive expertise in preparation of individual and corporate tax returns. He has also provided consulting in matters relating to tax planning and preparation. 

EDUCATION

BS Accounting, Myers University, and is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner and is in full compliance with the Continuing Professional Education requirements.
